What do we have here? A visit from The Mobile Police Museum

We have an exciting visitor coming to the West End Centre on Tuesday 17th October at 1pm. Get the date in your diary, this is one not to be missed!

So, let’s go back In time with David Hardcastle from The Mobile Police Museum. David is a retired West Yorkshire Police constable who now runs the travelling police museum that has exhibits dating from 1880’s. David will give us the history of the Police service over the last 120+ years, and will also have a collection of genuine police equipment including uniforms, hats, helmets, period truncheons, handcuffs and 1980’s radio that are still in working order, you can handle all the vintage items and even try on uniforms!!

Come along and join us for a fun and interesting afternoon, an ideal opportunity to try some of the equipment and have a photo taken!!!
