Hear the boss lady on BBC Radio Leeds this Saturday!

If you would Like to hear more about the work we do at the West End Centre, this is your weekend to find out!

You may have heard that we have just come to the end of a three year National Lottery Project- read the full evaluation of the project here.

We have been lucky enough to be awarded a further three years funding from the National Lottery Reaching Communities fund. So on Saturday Christine AKA 'the boss' will be appearing on BBC Radio Leeds to tell everyone about the West End Centre and what we get up to here between 7 and 7.30 on Saturday morning.

Following on from that at 12-2 we will be throwing our doors open and welcoming everyone to come and celebrate our successes both past and present with a 'bit of a do' which will include the launch of our fantastic photographic exhibition 'a portrait of a caring community'. The photographs tell the story of the West End Centre, the people and the place, and were taken over the last year by Phil Jackson a local photographer who, in the true spirit of the West End Centre, has donated his time and skills to help us. See more of his brilliant work here.

There will be something to do for all the family, including a barbecue, food stall, cake stall, tombola, games and a bouncy castle. Why not come along and join us?
