You'll Never Walk Alone!

An impromptu walk around one of our favourite local parks, why not? The sun was shining so we couldn’t have picked a better day!

We met by the lake and we were fascinated by the little ducklings as we got a few steps in around the park.  We made our way to the community garden and café.  It was lovely to meet up with some other people from the centre.

The sun kept making an appearance and the rain kept away making it just the right combination for a good walk, a cuppa, chat and a bit of a treat, which was well earned.

Some of us also had a browse at the craft supplies and were able to grab a few bargains.

All in all, it was a good afternoon being outdoors in the fresh air, having a nice chat with others in nature and getting an extra 1,700 steps in which is not a far short of a mile!!!

B – Enjoyed the fresh air and the nature around the park.  You don’t realise that you are getting in so many extra steps when there is so much to look at and in such good company.
