What a marvellous, moving and motivating visit to  Bradford District Museums & Galleries - Cartwright Hall Art Gallery and Lister Park - Park in Bradford, Bradford - Bradford. Looking after our wellbeing, getting our steps in, while exploring Turner Prize exhibition.

Moving through the exhibition space allowed us to stay active while also slowing down mentally. Each artwork invited reflection, conversation, and connection. It wasn’t just about viewing art; it was about nurturing our wellbeing through movement, inspiration, and shared experience.

It was a wonderful reminder that wellbeing can be found in the simplest moments — walking, talking, and immersing ourselves in creativity.

Conversations were flowing and friendships were building! Over 30,000 steps were done without even knowing it.

If you’re looking for something that supports both body and mind, this exhibition offers the perfect balance. As the Turner Prize exhibition draws to a close this coming Feb 22nd  2026 here’s the link to book your free tickets  Turner Prize 2025 – Book Tickets | Bradford 2025
