When delivering our lunches we asked what people thought of Boris announcement about the easing of lock down? We knew that this would mean different things to different people. It brings a ray of hope to some as it means they will soon be able to see family and friends that they have not seen in a long time. They can go out places they have not been able to go and start to and feel a sense of freedom again. Others thought we should proceed with caution.
Here's what people thought
Lorraine - I'm happy with the announcement.
Carole - Things are sounding better now and we are getting there, I hope to be seeing everyone soon.
Raymond - As last, something to look forward to!
Terence - I am happy we are moving towards seeing people.
Richard- The plan for moving forward is good and very effective with the five week gaps.
Thomas - I am glad the government is doing things slowly, the last thing we need is another lockdown.
Kev - I am very happy about coming out of lockdown soon.
Stephen - Possibly a bit a of light at the end of the tunnel.
Alan - It's a bit too soon.
Syd - It will be several months before anything changes for me.
Martin - If everyone sticks to it we will be ok by May.
We took the opportunity to take some photos too!
