We know a number of our friends from the West End Centre have had or have Covid at the moment. We would like to send them our best wishes and hope they have a speedy recovery.
Can we reassure people that we are taking every precaution we can to keep people safe. We fully disinfect our centre at regular intervals throughout the day. Lateral Flow Tests are available for anyone who wishes to join us in regular testing. All of our staff and volunteers and most of our clients are fully vaccinated. To our knowledge nobody with Covid has attended the Centre so far.
However, we know everyone is fed up of Covid, fed up of feeling anxious, of always having to think about it. We all miss the freedom of just popping in, or popping out to see friends, meet for a cupper, go Christmas shopping. We’re fed up of it too. We miss those of you who have not been able to get back to your normal routines yet.
Soooooo!! Can we please ask you to join us in renewing our efforts to beat Covid. If you’re not feeling well get tested and stay at home to protect your friends. One of the most simple and effective precautions we can all do is practice hands, face and space. If you are worried, or have to isolate, give us a ring, were still here for you. Stay safe, stay strong.
