Today marks the start of the first lockdown and as we come together to join the National Day of Reflection we are very mindful of all the unseen and the unshared suffering and those who have sadly lost their lives, our thoughts go out to their families and friends. We would like to take this opportunity to show our gratitude to all the volunteers, carers, NHS and all the other key workers who have kept people supported and the vital services going.
We also want to look back and celebrate all the positive things that have come out during this past year. It has brought out the very best in our community with everyone coming to together. We have shown the power of kindness, compassion, understanding and togetherness and during this week we will be sharing our stories with you.
