Now we are into December we decided it was time for what has become our 'community tree' to gets its festive make-over.
The pear tree in volunteer Kim's garden has been cheering folk up since early lockdown, first as our tree of hope, then with its beautiful poppy display.
For the last few weeks the community have been keeping busy making decorations ready for Christmas (even non crafty Kathryn managed a pom pom or 30!) Thank you so much to everyone who has been involved so far. We all hope it makes people walking past smile and lifts their spirits.
