Getting Fruity with Mango Salsa and Tacos

Have you ever tried tacos ? If not why not ? Cooking together group decided they wanted to know what all the fuss was about so gave it a shot.

A simple recipe to follow that can easily be adapted with different meat or alternatively make a vegetarian version.
