CPR is not just a skill; it's a lifeline between hope and despair." "In the race against time"

Its restart a heart day today and we thought this would be the right opportunity to celebrate what we have been doing at the centre over the past 6 months.

People are more aware and what they can do if they see somebody in distress.

To enable people to be aware and what they can do if they see somebody in distress.

So far 27 of our community from the centre have undertaken and achieved their CPR awareness training on the British Heart Foundation app at the centre with our support.

This is a fantastic achievement and we are very proud of everyone who has taken part so far. Please know this is not the end it’s just the beginning. We are still here to support you to be CPR & Dfib aware.

Want to know more, please call into the centre or contact 07592003595 for further information

Frances - I became more aware of what the difference is between a cardiac arrest and heart attack. Thankful to have been given this opportunity to refresh my CPR awareness training.
Becky -I were nervous to do it but found it very informative and easy to complete with the support from West End centre.
Dian- feels good to know that I can help someone now.
Sandra- Nice to learn new skills and easier than I thought it would be.
D- I’ve noticed more Defibrillators in the community more now. Is amazing how many have completed this training and are still wanting to learn.
S- I have done CPR in real life but is always good to refresh your skills. Also to be aware of how you can support others who are doing it.

Really enjoyed this post—it was easy to follow and made a lot of good points without overcomplicating things. I like when something manages to be useful and still feel conversational, and this did that well. After reading this, it actually reminded me of a Cursive Font Generator I came across recently while messing around with some design ideas online. I wasn’t looking for anything serious, but it was kind of interesting seeing how the same words could look totally different with just a few style changes. Not something I’d use every day, but definitely a neat little tool.

Really enjoyed this post—it was easy to follow and didn’t feel overly polished or robotic like a lot of stuff online now. I like when people explain things in a way that feels straightforward and actually worth reading. That actually reminded me of something I came across recently called the Race Purity Test. I checked it out mostly out of curiosity because I’d seen people mention it in a few different places, and it was more thought-provoking than I expected. Not saying it’s super serious or anything, but it was definitely interesting enough to stick in my head.

After trying httpsclicktallycounter.com, I was pleasantly surprised by its ease of use. The counter reacts instantly with every click, and the interface is very clear. It’s a great choice for teachers, fitness enthusiasts, or anyone who needs accurate counts. I’ll definitely keep using httpsclicktallycounter.com for my daily tasks.
