The Walk and Talk group decided on a walk a little bit further afield this week, so on Monday we ventured into Judy Woods. Many of the group had not been to the woods before and were amazed at what a beautiful spot we have right on our doorstep. Its was a boiling hot day but lovely and cool in the woods and we managed a good walk.
Penny was particularly pleased with how far she managed to walk around the woods- well done Penny!
Our walk and talk group meets on Mondays and Fridays at 10am at the Beacon Road entrance of Wibsey park, It is free and everyone is welcome.
