A taste of Jamaica

During our last cooking group session, we all learned how to make delicious Jamaican patties under Hugh’s guidance. We started off by seasoning & frying the mince, then everyone rolled their own pastry, before adding mixture.

Oh, what fun we had!

H “I used to make patties in my shop. You can make them as spicy as you like, and add whatever you like”
