A big happy birthday and thank you to the Lottery!

A big West End thank you to everyone who plays the National Lottery, without you we would not be able to do the great things we do at the centre. 

Our community shared what the centre means to them,

·        Frances, Centre gives me a reason to get out the house, make new friends and try new things.

·       Shaz-Gives me immense pleasure working within this community centre . Always discovering new things and a nice warm safe space to be. Thank you, Lottery·     

  Mick- The centre has given me a purpose and been a lifeline for my well-being and meeting others.

·       N-Without the centre they would be a big hole in my life

·       T-The centre is my place to go and without it I wouldn’t go out and meet others.

·       Dian- The centre is good for me and helps me get out and about. It’s a big part of my life!

·       Kathleen- They ran a liver scan event in patnership with the NHS I were so pleased to get this opportunity. Centre is very important to me with the groups they lead and a welcoming place to go.

·      C- I’ve learnt so much from coming to the centre and feel more confident going out and with the community now. Thank you!

·       Denise, I don't' know where I would have been without the centre. The centre is a lifeline to many. Thank you

S- I were socially isolated before coming to the centre and coming here has helped my confidence and friendship grow. Warm space is very welcomed
