It's Wildflower Wednesday!
As a gift from the centre we are sending out wildflower seeds with the dinners today. Dan's very precise instructions are to throw them in your garden, in a pot or on some waste land and just watch them grow.
Wildflowers are great for the wildlife including bees but their vibrant colours and fragrant smell improve not only the environment around us but our wellbeing too.
