This week is Mental Health Awareness week and the theme is acts of kindness . We may do acts of kindness every day without even thinking about it and it can really make someone's day. At this time people are finding different ways to be kind to others.
We asked our Whatsapp group West End Warriors and other centre users about acts of kindness and this is just an example of what they said
"i left a thank you note for my bin man"
"I made a pie for my neighbours"
"Smiling or saying hello to someone you don't know"
"putting a poster in my window saying thank you"
"lifting something from a high shelf in a supermarket for someone"
